Great room layout for family but the internet was slow.

Nice room layout for family with a kitchenette. Location is convenient to shopping and has bike rentals available. The pool area gets overcrowded quickly, making it less enjoyable. The staff members were attentive and responsive to requests, which was a plus.

Staying at Springhill Suites in Eden Prairie had its ups and downs. The room I had, a King Studio Sofa Bed, offered a nice layout, making it easy to travel with my family. The half wall allowed me to use my phone without waking my daughter sleeping on the pull-out couch. They provided lactose-free milk options, which was a pleasant surprise for my family. Cleanliness was mostly okay, but we found a medication on the floor, which was alarming with a toddler around. They handled it well and gave us a night for free, but it did put a damper on the initial impressions. I did appreciate the quick turnaround when I requested extra towels. they were in my room within 10 minutes. The breakfast options were basic, but decent, though I wish they had a waffle maker instead of frozen items. On the downside, the pulled-out sofa didn't come with sheets, but the staff quickly provided them. Also, accessing the mini fridge was tricky when the sofa was out. traffic flow could be better in the room design. Overall, it had a nice family-friendly vibe but some cleanliness issues need attention.

We had a solid stay! The room layout was perfect for our fam— our kiddo could snooze on the couch while we chilled out. The mini fridge and microwave were super handy for snacks. The breakfast was really great too, with lots of options! Just wish the pool area was a bit bigger.

We really enjoyed the nearby trails for hiking and biking-perfect for some outdoor fun with the kids! The layout of our room was great too-it let my sister and I relax while the little ones had their own space to sleep soundly.
